I had a very big order shipped to me when I recieved it late it was thawed and warm this was not the companies fault at all ups delayed the delivery for 4 days.

I ordered the chuck roll roast which made an amazingly tender pot roast! They didn't have the 4lb in stock when I ordered, so I received the largest they did have and they threw in an extra pack of diced beef. I love how this company really takes care of their customers and the delivery driver is always so nice and courteous! I will definitely be a longtime customer!
