High quality meat that you can slap on the grill in seconds. WHAT?! These are great. I put them in crockpot pour BBQ sauce on them and in 3 to 4 hours have a fantastic meal. These pre-made hamburger patties are nice and thick and individual individually wrapped, great for a quick dinner. I’m not usually a bacon fan Iike my family, but we all agree. This is really good. I appreciate more meat than fat on a slice of bacon. The brisket jerky has become my wife's favorite. Our go-to ground beef for tacos and casseroles. Always as ordered and in a timely fashion. Second time purchasing 1/4 beef share. Next time will purchase 1/2. Love them! I was looking for an easier way to feed our German Shepherds raw. This is a perfect blend and the girls LOVE it!
