The title says it all. The marrow in these bones really melts down to add such a rich depth of flavor to my stock. The next batch of stock will be added to the Ossobucco recipe. If you are one to cook from scratch and create your own broth or stock these are excellent. These little gems were perfect for my meat pies. I slow cooked them with onion, carrot and parsnip in home made beef stock made from marrow and stock bones. These provided just the right texture, flavor and meatiness I was seeking. The individual packages were shy of my purchase weight so the BB graciously added a package to make up the weight needed. Thanks BB! These steaks have a nice fat cap that adds extra flavor in cooking and the marbling is well balanced. I have not been disappointed. I wish there were an option to have the membrane removed. I have always had a difficult time removing that/ Even though I managed to slightly burn these as I was cooking them, they were the best chops I've gotten in a long time. This is a wonderful blend of meat for ground beef. It is even cheaper than the ground beef I buy from the grocery store. I think I will be buying quite a few of these now. Cooked up perfectly and perfectly matched with the eggs for breakfast. Better Beef is my go to place for high quality impressive cuts of meat. Its BBQ and I have enjoyed these succulent juicy pork ribs. I've made them for friends, even people who "don't eat pork" made exceptions to devour them. Utterly delicious. Excellent quality. Nice little piece of meat for the grill. Throughly enjoyed. I ordered three 2-packs of the Better Beef Filet Mignon last week and fixed them for a small gathering of relatives. This is the second time I have purchased these steaks and both times the quality of the meat was superb. Super tender and flavorful. Thaw them in the fridge for about 24 hours before your dinner. Seriously - for the same price you can get meats at the 'premium' grocery stores, you can get Better Beef Company stuff. Sausage that tastes like pork. Burger that tastes like beef. The packaging is minimal without all those pesky water-filled liners that add 6 or so ounces to the 'weight' of the product. Delivery is fast and easy, right on time every time (if not, you get notified in real time). Customer service is exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Always so delicious! Bone in this time so our dog gets a treat too! This hamburger has such a great flavor. I have been purchasing this blend for quite a while. So tender and just the right portion. I loved them and will definitely be buying these a lot in the future. This is just the right size box for my small family . The New York’s and ribeye are big enough for 2 and the quality of the beef is as good if not better then the behind the counter cuts at the local supermarket. Great quality beef, I grabbed one of these tomahawks and everyone loved it..
