You are buying directly from the farmer/rancher supporting local agriculture and you are saving money over store prices. Do you know where the beef in the grocery store comes from? Much of it is imported from other countries. We raise our own beef locally and care for them every day. Our beef is of the highest quality, tender and flavorful!

We process beef every week, and deliver weekly! Let’s fill your freezer with our Healthy Local Farm Fresh Locker Beef! Our Steers are on free-choice grass and/or hay, and natural grain finished! No “fine print”……The price is $5.25 per pound hanging weight with all fees included (butcher fee, custom cut and wrapped). Your beef share will hang for 10-12 days to age. The butcher shop will call you to discuss how you would like your beef cut. Then we deliver your Beef to you door for free within 30 miles of our Salem or Albany store locations, usually 2-3 weeks from date of ordering.
