Having been ordering 1/4 shares from South Dakota the past few years as our reference. BB 1/4 share had more of the cuts we wanted and not stuck with a whole bunch of cuts we didn't want that typically were included in the SD 1/4 share. Moments after placing 1/4 share order online, we were called by a 'picker' (kind respectful young man!) letting us know a couple of things were out of stock, and offered betThe only leter cuts as a replacement....total win for us, as the cuts they were out of stock were the ones we really didn't care for. Boxes showed up early the next day, contents exceeding what was expected. If the beef taste as good as good as it looks, we are now good repeat customers.
