We haven’t tried everything we bought yet from this order, but so far all the beef and pork we have bought from you in the past has been delicious. Definitely better tasting than grocery store meat! You can tell the difference. ☺️

Good marbling and excellent flavor.

I think I will be buying quite a few of these now. Cooked up perfectly and perfectly matched with the eggs for breakfast.

A wonderful cut of meat for the grill. My wife and I split one and it was plenty for the both of us.
