Verified ownerWe love the flavor of this brisket. Beware It is definitely a LOT leaner than Costco prime brisket, so you'll need to be mindful of that while trimming and cooking. I also love that I can buy a 10 lb brisket rather than having to get 18-pounder as well. Great delivery service too!
