The chuck eye steak, also called a “poor man’s ribeye,” is a cut from the shoulder of the cow or chuck primal, from the fifth rib. Its fat ratio makes it a beefy, tender and flavorful cut.
This is definitely one of my go to cuts to help fill my freezer for the month. Definitely deserves the nickname of the poor man's ribeye.

I feel like I should not overshare as I don't want them to go out of stock or for the price to go up, but you cannot beat the tenderness. I feel like I am eating a ribeye meant for a special occasion, only this is thinner and for your everyday dinner.
