Our family loves everything ever purchased from Better Beef. But this time I needed to order for delivery as I just had for surgery and I’m not allowed to drive for six weeks. Our order was accurate and arrived within the delivery window.

I added these flat Iron steaks into my cattleman's box and they were so good! Just a few minutes on the grill and they were seared to perfection. I will be getting more of these!

This was my first purchase with Better Beef. I grilled about 10 pounds of Flat iron Steaks (8 steaks) for our family gathering at Christmas. They were very flavorful and tender when cooked to medium rare and seared. I really appreciated that they were about the same thickness so it was easier to manage cooking them to the desired temp. I will try other cuts soon.
