I haven't tried the meat yet, but I want to say the the service is great! The delivery guy was polite and on time. I stopped at their store in Salem the week before and found the same thing, great service! Prices are reasonable. and the store was spotless!

The brisket was pretty good.One of my briskets had more fat than the other.

We love the flavor of this brisket. Beware It is definitely a LOT leaner than Costco prime brisket, so you'll need to be mindful of that while trimming and cooking. I also love that I can buy a 10 lb brisket rather than having to get 18-pounder as well. Great delivery service too!
