We are big fans of the filet mignon, like to keep some in the freezer for whenever we have a hankering for steak! So tender and delicious, it's the only steak for us.

Ordering on-line was a breeze! It was delivered to my house by a very nice young man...Parker??? I think his name was. I was busy when he rang my doorbell and dumb me didnt even think until after he was gone that "dang, I should have tipped him" I am sorry I didnt do that he deserved it! My order arrived in a black insulated bag and the meat was frozen solid. My Son prepared it for Christmas dinner. He seared it with oil and rosemary and basted it with butter and polished it off in the oven. It was AMAZING! it literally melted in your mouth. Excellent steak, made for a excellent dinner! Thank you for such a high-quality product! DELICIOUS!
